Update, September 13, 2021

Thanks to our Website manager Darren, the page is back.

The first two items of news for the good of this community are from Sr Davia:

Galilean Service :“Because of a mix up on scheduling, we will not have the Galilean service this year. Looking forward to it next year. “

Quilt Fest : “ We had a great time at the quilt fest last Saturday, September 11. Kathy, Jay, Davia, Karen and Bob were in attendance along with Beth McKinley from Thrivent and Barb Hougatti; a long time friend of the congregation. We were able to finish 3 quilt tops. So, next Saturday, September 18, we will have plenty of batting and sheet cutting and tying to to do. Heads up! Three of the people there on the 11th cannot come on the 18th; we really need help. We’ll have lunch and snacks. Plan to be there 10 am to 3 pm.”

Pat Hummell is home. We give thanks to God for her return home and ask for continued healing. We also give praise to God for all those whose calling is healing others. May their health also be tended to as they tend to others.

Prayer Requests: As summer turns to fall we ask for favorable weather for all those with gardens, orchards, and fields. We ask traveling mercies for those taking trips. We raise before God : Christian M and all those who serve in the military. With confidence in God’s love we raise the names of : Pam, Betty Lou, Mark, Pat, Seth, DJ, Margaret, Sally, George, Arleen, Greg, Charles, Darryl, Billie, Dave, Tim and Lisa Myers, and all those whose names are known to God.

As Dad would pray : “We give thanks unto thee, Almighty God; for thine is the earth and the fullness thereof. Our cup runneth over. “ And all God’s children said, AMEN. Be well.
