Dear Siblings in Christ,
In the hope of the resurrection, I share with you the news of the passing of Joanne Spahr. Joanne had recently been hospitalized for a short period of time following an illness and returned to the Thornwald Home, where she died Saturday night, April 24. She had been a longtime member of St. Matthias, along with her husband, Donald Spahr, who preceded her in death earlier this month on April 1.
Funeral arrangements are by Ronan Funeral Home; visitation and funeral time will be provided as soon as it becomes available. Please keep Don and Joanne’s son, Michael, and Don’s sister, Treva Myers., in your prayers.
